Welcome to Discoops. These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter “CGU”) govern access and use of the Discoops platform (the “Service”), published by the company Clevoxa LLC.

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these conditions without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Discoops is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for data analysis and writing support for Google Discover SEO. The Service uses third-party APIs (including Google Search Console and OpenAI).

2 Access and User Account

  • Sign up Access to the Service is reserved for professionals. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
  • Security You are responsible for the confidentiality of your identifiers. Any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you.
  • Use The Service is strictly personal and cannot be sublet or shared to third parties without written agreement.

3 Subscriptions and payments

Access to advanced features requires subscribing to a paid subscription (monthly or annual).

Payment

Secured by Stripe. Payment due in advance.

Renewal

Tacit renewal unless terminated.

Refund

No refunds for periods started.

4 Data and Intellectual Property

  • Your Data You retain full ownership of the data on your sites (Google Search Console) that you connect to Discoops. We only use this data to provide the Service (analysis, alerts). We do not sell your data.
  • Our IP The structure, code, Breakout detection algorithms and interface of Discoops are the exclusive property of Clevoxa LLC.
  • AI & Generation Content generated via our AI tools (Variants Factory) belongs to you as soon as it is created.

5 Responsibilities and Guarantees

Important notice:

Discoops provides decision support tools. We do not guarantee any specific results in terms of traffic or search engine optimization (SEO). Google Discover is a third-party algorithm over which we have no control. The Service is provided “as is”.

6. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, generating illegal content, or overloading our APIs. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to suspend your account without notice.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
