These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”) govern all sales of services concluded between the company Clevoxa LLC and any professional user (the “Customer”) of the Discoops platform.
Seller : Clevoxa LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
Service : Solution SaaS d'analyse SEO et de génération de contenu.
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Prices are indicated in Euros (€) or Dollars ($) depending on your location and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payment is due immediately upon subscription. Debits are made automatically via our secure service provider Stripe.
In the event of a failed collection, access to the Service will be suspended after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
Unless terminated by the Customer, the subscription is automatically renewed upon expiry for an identical duration.
The Customer can cancel at any time from their “My Subscription” area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Given the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access to the functionalities, no refund will be made for the periods started, even in the event of non-use of the Service, unless there is a mandatory legal obligation.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute relating to their execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this State.
