These Terms of Sale ("CGV") govern all service sales entered into between Clevoxa LLC and any professional user (the "Client") of the Discoops platform.
Seller : Clevoxa LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
Service : Solution SaaS d'analyse SEO et de génération de contenu.
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Prices are indicated in Euros (€) or Dollars ($) depending on your location and exclude applicable taxes.
Payment is due immediately upon subscription. Charges are processed automatically via our secure provider Stripe.
In case of payment failure, access to the Service will be suspended after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
Unless canceled by the Client, the subscription renews automatically at expiration for the same duration.
The Client may cancel at any time from their "My Subscription" area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Given the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to features, no refunds will be issued for periods already started, even in case of non-use, unless required by law.
These GTC are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute regarding their execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
