1 Purpose of the partner program
The Discoops partner program allows affiliates to promote Discoops offers through personalized tracking links and receive a commission on eligible sales effectively collected by Discoops.

These Partner Program Terms (hereinafter the "Terms") govern your participation in the Discoops affiliate program, published by Clevoxa LLC.
By submitting an application, using an affiliate link, or receiving commissions, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2 Eligibility and application approval
- CriteriaThe program is reserved for adults and legally established entities able to enter into a contract.
- ApplicationYou must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (identity, business activity, promotion channels, payment details).
- ApprovalDiscoops reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke an application at any time, particularly in cases of non-compliance or reputational risk.
3 Affiliate links, attribution, and conversion window
Attribution
Sales are attributed based on available tracking (cookie, URL parameters, internal identifier), subject to a non-fraudulent user journey.
Window
Unless otherwise stated in your partner area, the conversion window is 30 days after the initial affiliate click.
Technical limitations
Cookie blocking, privacy extensions, device changes, or data deletion may prevent commission attribution.
4 Commissions, validation, and payments
- Commission rateThe applicable rate is the one displayed in your partner area or agreed in writing with Discoops.
- Eligible salesOnly confirmed, collected, and non-refunded sales are eligible. Taxes, banking fees, and credits are excluded from the calculation base.
- Validation periodA validation period may apply (e.g., 30 days) to cover cancellations, unpaid invoices, disputes, or refunds.
- PaymentCommissions are paid according to the terms shown in your partner area. Eligible affiliate payouts must be €/$50 or more, subject to administrative compliance.
5 Prohibited practices
The following are strictly prohibited:
Spam, buying unqualified traffic, self-referrals, creating fake accounts, misleading claims, unauthorized brand bidding, cookie stuffing, brand impersonation, or any fraudulent method intended to generate undue commissions.
6 Communication and use of the Discoops brand
You may use the visual and marketing materials provided in your partner area exclusively to promote Discoops. Any use of the name, logo, ad messaging, or landing pages must stay true to the brand image and must not mislead prospects.
7 Legal and tax compliance
Each partner is responsible for their legal, reporting, tax, and social obligations in their country of residence. Discoops may request any necessary supporting documents (identity, status, invoice, payment details) before a payout.
8 Suspension, termination, and commission cancellation
- SuspensionDiscoops may temporarily suspend your partner account in case of legitimate doubt regarding traffic quality or non-compliance with these Terms.
- CancellationYou may end the program at any time. Discoops may terminate your participation with immediate effect in case of serious misconduct, fraud, or harm to the brand.
- CancellationAny commission linked to non-compliant traffic, canceled/refunded sales, or prohibited practices may be denied, canceled, or clawed back.
9. Limitation of liability
Discoops does not guarantee a minimum volume of clicks, leads, or commissions. The program is provided "as is" and may evolve at any time for operational, legal, or technical reasons.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
